Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Territory-based Organisations are invited to consider our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) contract services. EAP counselling can assist employees to develop improved coping skills, build resilience and self-awareness, and reduce the impacts of work-related stress with confidential, short-term, solution-focused counselling, when they need it.

Supervision

Critical Incident Response
As a trauma-informed practice, Desert Minds prioritises its Critical Incident Support (CIS) services for organisations in central Australia and the Barkly. Travel and accommodation expenses for Critical Incident Response services delivered in remote areas are charged at cost, with no profit margin added.
