Our Services
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Territory-based Organisations are invited to consider our EAP contract services. EAP counselling can assist employees to develop improved coping skills, build resilience and self-awareness, and reduce the impacts of work-related stress with confidential, short-term, solution-focused counselling, when they need it.
With a focus on supporting those who support others, Desert Minds offers organisations a range of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic services under an organisation's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that can broadly address:
- Workplace stress, interpersonal challenges
- Relationship issues
- Family Dispute Resolution (pre-court, for separating couples with children)
- Conflict Management (mediation, formal referrals, coaching)
- Trauma-informed Psychotherapy
- Mental Health & Wellbeing (anxiety, depression, grief, stress, anger, body dysmorphia, sleep problems)
- Addiction (substances, gambling)
To discuss a Desert Minds EAP contract or confirm your EAP status, please call Administration on 0499 898 332.
Clients with a confirmed EAP may book sessions via the EAP Portal, here: https://my.powerdiary.com/clientportal/eap-only
